Foreca's FlashWeather Asia application launched in Singapore
Helsinki, Finland - FlashWeather Asia is the first Foreca weather application available for consumers in Singapore. FlashWeather Asia is one of the applications in the entertainment bundle pack for the Nokia 6131 in Singapore.
The entertainment pack contains exciting applications on a micro SD card and is one of innovative way of distributing mobile applications to consumers in Singapore. FlashWeather Asia will come pre-loaded on the Nokia 6131 MMC card, which will allow Singaporean Nokia 6131 users to check weather conditions any time, anywhere from their mobile phone.
Foreca FlashWeather Asia application combines the award-winning SpotWeather and WeatherMaps applications in a single interface. FlashWeather features the Foreca mobile weather products SpotWeather, Satellite Images, Current Conditions, WeatherMaps, Temperature and Precipitation maps.
Launched in Singapore on 27 May 2006, the Nokia 6131 infuses style with a good sense of functionality. A quadband phone, the Nokia 6131 is all about ease of use, with the innovative one-touch push-to-open design specially integrated to enhance one-hand messaging, dialling and answering calls. With a host of excellent multimedia capabilities like the brilliant 16.7 million "true colour" main display, 1.3 mega-pixel camera and video recorder, the Nokia 6131 captures comfort, convenience with a touch of sophistication.
